I'm growing more and more irritated lately about how stupid people in leadership positions really are. I mean, seriously. How do these people get their jobs in the first place? Did they start out doing something to deserve their power and slowly drift into a state of disillusioned idiocy...or where they always that useless and managers just kept bumping them up a department so that some work could get done?

Question for the sages, I supppose. Too bad they're all in their ten o' clock meeting discussing whether or not a beard is a prerequisite for sage-dom or if it should be considered optional, but recommended.
